四川豆花

Brunch @ UOB plaza, where gf works.



She's whining as i turned into the basement carpark 'sunday also must come here!'



Today we're having à la carte buffet on the top of the building.



I esp like the 黄金煎饼 and Eight Treasures Tea. Tea is served using a kettle with a long spout. A bit drama la, the tea master performing Nodding Phoenix and Boy Prays to Buddha.



But I render it as good service.


There were over 60 dishes to choose from. But each order's volume a bit too much to go around, so we only had 10 dishes before calling it a day.
